Working Netflix VPNs?

It depends on the IP address of the server. Actually, there are many servers within the "Silicon Valley" region. What you have to do is disconnect and reconnect until you get a new IP that you did not have before. Then see if you can connect to Netflix. If it does not work, rinse and repeat until you do.

Edit: I've tried with Netflix VPN, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu, but this should work for any service that tries to block VPN.

It depends completely on the IP. I used US Chicago to see Netflix last night and I connected on the first try.

If you want to make sure you always connect to an unlocked IP, you can configure OpenVPN using a static IP address.

In general, we do not recommend this configuration because it is not so private: using a single IP all the time, your traffic patterns are not much more difficult to anonymize than if you just use the IP assigned by your ISP. but we definitely understand that it is better in this particular use case. Happy transmission!
